Carter Shoots a Free Throw

We were a little sad to see the basketball season end. The boys had so much fun!! They have really improved a lot since last year too, so they were very fun to watch.

(Thanks to Steve for the footage. That's what happens when you leave your camera at my house. I steal your videos.

The Dells - Fighting the Waves

Nothing like taking out some aggression on the waves.

The Dells - Round 8

We took our 8th trip to the Dells last week. I can actually see my kids growing up as I look through pictures from all of our waterpark vacations. The first time we went, we were living in the basement of Brian and DeAnn Thompson's house. Carter was about to start preschool. Owen lived as his choice of alter-ego most of the time, and Lewis had yet to make his grand entrance into our family. I love, love, love these trips. They are completely exhausting, but worth every bit of caffiene I need to drink in the recouperation process when I get home.

All the exercise and excitement took its toll on Lewis. One day he took a 4 hour nap!

That's Carter's face in the wave. The wave pool was by far the favorite part of the trip this year. We spent hours there. Even Grandpa got out there and caught some waves.

Chillin under the water

Wisconsin Dells - Rope Course

The ropes course was new this year at The Wilderness, and the boys (big and small) had a great time hanging out in the air.

It Does Still Snow in Iowa

We had to drive south, but we found snow for sledding.

My Joseph

I just realized I didn't get a photo of Lewis' Christmas program posted. He was Joseph and his line was "We will call him Jesus." Cutest Joseph I've ever seen for sure.
