I have a load of laundry in my washing machine right now that consists of mud-caked pants, shirts and socks. And I am happy about it. After a long white winter, I welcome the mud! (I reserve the right to change my opinion about this in a month.) The boys have played hard the past couple days as the snow has been disappearing and the temps have been in the 50s! I'm ready to break out the shorts. Above, they are making a river in the empty lot next door. Below, Lewis is watching them from the driveway. He is very happy to be able to go outside.
