Yey! My kids all three loved Adventureland. That means we can be an amusement park family. They all went on ride after ride. The Raging River (above) was one of the first ones we went on. It took a little while for Owen to be talked into going on the Dragon (because it goes upside-down), but after he tried it, he and Carter went on it three times in a row. There was no line, so they didn't even have to get out. I made it on the first two trips with them, but my body told me to get off the ride before the third time.

A boy after my own heart! Cotton candy has always been a favorite treat of mine. It is also a favorite of Carter and Owen. They both devoured a bag pretty quickly.

Always adjust the mirrors before taking off.

Lewis loved this little ride. He would have just stayed on if we had let him.

The boys all took a trip on the merry-go-round at the end of the evening. I'm confident we got our money's worth. We were there shortly after the gate opened and left a half hour before it closed.

Grandma and Grandpa Nelson went with us, which was wonderful, because it allowed Corey and I to go on the roller coasters with the boys while they hung out with the little man. Grandma and Grandpa can also be thanked for the frogs in the photo. Owen was determined to play a game. We found one that you win every time you play. They all got colorful frogs. These ones are much cuter than the toads in my garage.

What a wonderful day trip! Next stop Disney!! Well, maybe not "next stop" but I am getting pretty close to halfway to my goal on ebay of making enough money for a Disney trip.
